Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for various IT domains at 3i Infotech Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT hiring across Infrastructure, Applications, Analytics & Automation, Cloud, and Corporate/Support functions. This role requires strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a data-driven approach to recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple verticals including IT Infrastructure, Application Development, Analytics & Automation, Cloud, and Support functions.
• Build and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using innovative and modern hiring practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, ensuring delivery excellence and team development.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly hiring dashboards to leadership with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure smooth and professional escalation management, resolving challenges promptly with minimal business disruption.
• Provide hands-on expertise and support in using various ATS tools, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative hiring techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners and leadership on workforce planning and demand forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and employment laws in recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial or senior managerial role.
• Proven track record in IT hiring (Infra, Applications, Analytics, Cloud, Support Functions).
• Strong understanding of ATS tools (e.g., PeopleStrong, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Zoho Recruit, Ripplehire etc.) and recruitment technology.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, team building, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in recruitment analytics, dashboarding, and metric-driven decision-making.
• Ability to handle pressure, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA in HR or related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience working in a mid to large-sized IT services or product organization.
