In our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice, you will be part of a unique joint venture that maximizes market opportunities while supporting the advancement of our professionals. The Transfer Pricing competency focuses on planning, documentation, and managing controversies tied to intercompany transactions, providing solutions related to supply chain issues, especially regarding intangible property, and ensuring accurate monitoring of transfer pricing in financial systems. Given the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, you'll be instrumental in advising our clients on global developments in transfer pricing.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, translating information into both quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform our clients effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
• Building strategic, trusting relationships with business leaders and generating innovative solutions.
• Providing comprehensive transfer pricing services, including document preparation and audit defense.
• Applying complex transfer pricing concepts and economic knowledge to address client challenges.
• Delivering innovative ideas and timely services to our clients.
• Modeling financial outcomes, valuing intangible assets, and creating practical planning strategies.
• Coordinating with global teams to foster collaboration.
• Identifying business development opportunities in transfer pricing to enhance our clients' value and motivating your team to reach their full potential.
To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
• A licensed attorney or CPA; or a Master’s/PhD in a relevant field; or a Bachelor’s degree accompanied by specific certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities.
• At least two years of experience in professional services with a focus on transfer pricing.
• The willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as needed for client and project requirements.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
• A PhD in a relevant discipline.
• A proven record of excellence in a professional services setting.
• Existing transfer pricing experience.
