Job Title: Senior Manager/Associate Director/Director - Transaction Advisory
Experience: 8-15 years
Location: Mumbai/Delhi NCR/Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements for clients in various industries, including due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction structuring
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including senior executives and board members, and identify opportunities to provide additional services
• Work closely with the other functional teams, including legal, tax, and valuation, to provide a seamless and integrated approach to transaction advisory services.
• Review and analyze financial statements, business plans, and other documents to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with the transaction
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff and manage their work on various projects
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and other marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and share insights with the team and clients
Requirements:
• CA MUST
• 8-15 years of experience in transaction advisory, including due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction structuring
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
