Job title: Sr. Manager/Manager ? HR
Location: Head Office - Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Talent and capacity building of the organization partner with business and be the brand ambassador of the company]
- Manage the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Create job descriptions, selection criteria and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Roll out joining documents - offer letter, appointment letter, etc.
- Manage the basics of HR operations
- Entry to Exit (Employee Lifecyle) and HR Compliances
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Recommend and implement employee R&R, benefits programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks on the same day
What We Need:
1. TA - Disciplined talent acquisition
2. HR OPs - basics of HR processes (offer, appointment, payroll, exit formalities, policies, PMS)
3. Induction and training design and monitor for business impact.
4. Strategic - Ringfence KMs
5. Regular MBA
6. Total 5 years experience and 3 years of supervisory role
