Responsibilities
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support the Factory's leadership team through support of factory wide efforts
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support the factory operations by alleviating technical and logistical issues, providing corrective action for quality issues, and provide optimization for design and manufacturing opportunities
Depending on the needs of the factory and program, the Senior Manufacturing Engineer would also learn production and programmatic operations and employ their manufacturing skill set in planning and execution collaboratively between the factory and they program
They use the systems and tools to assist overall success while focusing on cost, quality, and schedule
They also build technical depth in the manufacturing processes, are a liaison to the program representing the factory’s interest, and they are accountable for improvement and optimization

Addressing large scale quality issues that affect the factory
Understanding the configurations of hardware that are planned to be built for a contract, and helping to ensure the factory is prepared
Assist with future contract proposals by providing the BOMS for applicable hardware configurations and other tasks

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support the Factory's leadership team through support of factory wide efforts. What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
