We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing and Market Research Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in building Digital Marketing strategies, Campaign Management and Market Research methodologies. Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analysing consumer trends and providing valuable insights to drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills and a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Responsibilities
1. Generate new leads & develop targeted lists of global contacts in specific business verticals using modern marketing tools and advanced Google search techniques, cold calling, email marketing, social media and other relevant marketing channels.
2. Perform research to capture contact information where needed to develop a profile of companies for sell-in opportunities. Generate qualified data for target accounts and contacts.
3. Create, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, and Display Advertising.
4. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic and generate business leads. Monitor and analyse website analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies.
5. Build new email campaigns, using pre-built email templates to start. In due course, creating your own email templates.
6. Measure analytics of individual email campaigns and performing A/B testing to improve open and click through rates.
7. Collaborate and assist to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
+. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and provide recommendations for their implementation.
10. Stay updated about changes in search engine algorithms, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Experience & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Market Research & Lead generation, list building.
3. Proven ability to research and prospect using online search, networking sites and other software tools.
4. Proven track record of managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
5. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
6. Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
10. Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot or any other CRM are highly desirable
