Responsibilities
• Cross-functional coordination of digital marketing programs.
• Provide support for Marketing Campaign ideation as well as execution on digital platforms.
• Expansion into new social media avenues and growth on existing social media platforms.
• Maximize digital impact through innovations and breakthrough thinking.
• Engage our customers in a human, meaningful and value-driven manner.
• Define and execute customer lifecycle adoption and engagement programs in accordance to digital strategy and execution plan.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors-activities
Requirements
• Marketing in MBA - 4 yrs marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in a business, marketing or technical field preferred.
• Demonstrate being data-driven: continuously test, measure, and improve programs and tactics.
• Possess expertise in use of various content types and engagement methods, such as video, blogs, social media, email to execute digital programs.
• Excellent communication - verbal and written.
• Highly creative with experience/knowledge in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
