2. Ability to understand customers psyche
3. Crisp written and verbal communication skills
4. Good analytical abilities to predict and spot trends
5. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
6. Confidence, patience and entrepreneurial spirit is required
7. Knowledge about B2B software businesses' marketing plans and campaigns
8. Ability to manage software marketing for worldwide markets
+. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
10. Prior experience in banking industry would be an add-on
11. Knowledge of marketing campaigns including paid advertisements, conferences, email marketing, and others
12. Have demonstrated and led a team of marketing and worked on lead generation
