Lead Design and Development Engineer
The ideal candidate will oversee the creation of advanced mechanical systems, specifically clutch and dual mass flywheel designs. As a senior engineer, they will be responsible for leading teams of engineers in implementing design changes and developing new components.
This individual must possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both internal and external stakeholders. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering is required, as well as 8-12 years of experience in clutch and DMF design and development. The successful candidate will have led multiple design and development projects and have expertise in validation, materials science, and APQP processes.
Responsibilities:
