Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – EST)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in US healthcare staffing to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across the United States.
Source qualified candidates for contract and full-time positions in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities across the US.
Utilize job boards (C areerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, etc. ), social media, internal databases, and networking to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers or clients.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems ( JobDiva ATS).
Prior experience working with US-based clients or staffing agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1–2 years of proven experience in US healthcare recruitment (clinical or allied staffing).
Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, roles, and compliance requirements.
Experience working in a US shift (night shift India time).
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B, TN, Green Card, etc.) and credentialing process is a plus.

We are looking for a Senior Member of Technical Staff – SMTS to join our Engineering team within our Pune division. Your job will be to ensure that the scale and quality of the software that meets the requirements of customers and other stakeholders working with the Product Management team and the User Experience Team. You will work with other teams to ensure a coherent, forward looking product features. But enough about us; let’s talk about you.
You are a developer who is well versed in back end technologies for API development and savvy in building highly available and resilient large-scale applications. You will be responsible for technical leadership, building solutions, coaching and mentoring the team.

The microservice team consists of some of the top brains in the industry and strive towards constant excellence. We build the interface that helps in deriving the behaviour of the athenaOne mobile solution in real time. This team is innovative, passionate, and driven by the mission to transform healthcare.
Job Responsibilities
· Produce detailed and accurate design artifacts
· Follow agile methodology for software development
· Estimate the size of development tasks in story points estimation
· Understand and follow coding conventions, with design & architecture best practices and adhere to story definition of done
· Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes
· Perform peer code reviews in order to ensure quality standards
· Collaborate with various Core Engineering teams to understand interfaces, dependencies and inter-operability.
Typical Qualifications
· 5 – 7 years of overall experience in developing, delivering large scale software applications (SaaS and on-premises)
· Rich experience of java stack (Java, Spring, Hibernate) and non-blocking asynchronous programming (vertx preferred)
· Exposure to various cloud technologies (AWS, Terraform etc.)
· Knowledge of microservices architecture, docker and RESTful api development.
· Exposure to test automation frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, Rest Assured, Mocha and Chai etc.
· Exposure to build and configuration management tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Git, BitBucket etc.)
