The role involves managing concept-to-delivery, coordinating with design and production teams, handling luxe bridal vendors and karigars, overseeing costing, TNA, QA, and ensuring timely dispatch. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in bridal / couture wear, strong vendor networks, and hands-on execution skills. This is a high-ownership role in a premium segment with competitive compensation.
