As a M365 Developer in our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen through the following accountabilities:
• M365 Development: Oversee the design and creation of solutions (Systems of Work and Records) with the M365 Stack, ensuring top-quality deliverables that align with client needs.
• M365 Administration: Become the go-to SME about best-practices of administration across the M365 tenant.
• Consulting and Governance: Partner with internal teams to define governance frameworks, enable effective information management, and offer consulting expertise on the M365 stack.
• Migration Expertise: Show proficiency in migration of current Systems of Work (such as Network Drives or Google) onto SharePoint.
• Hybrid Solutions: Apply knowledge of the broader product ecosystem, including Power Platform, to design and implement hybrid solutions for improved functionality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other teams to gather requirements and convert them into effective SharePoint solutions.
Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
As a M365 Developer you will have the following knowledge and skills:
• Extensive experience in developing, customizing, and implementing SharePoint solutions, with a specialization in SharePoint Online – showing proficiency in PowerShell Scripting and JSON.
• Proficiency in utilizing hybrid solutions with Power Platform and other tools to expand SharePoint’s functionality – leveraging Graph API, Rest API, etc.
• Expertise in establishing and maintaining tenant governance and ensuring effective information management.
• Skilled in consulting with customers, helping them understand their options and make well-informed decisions.
• Effective in communicating and collaborating within the broader product ecosystem associated with SharePoint.
• Provide SME input on the structure of Teams and SharePoint across the tenant – and be able to develop, deploy, and support.
• Information Management Practices: Provide SME input and take PwC’s information management practices to contribute to the design of the Site Closure workflow, Teams/SPO governance, User Access Review methodologies, and lifecycle management.
• Workflow Enhancements: Provide SME input and work with internal team members in designing workflow enhancements for both provisioning and governance.
• System of Work Solutions: Design, work with internal architecture, and deploy all three phases (Business Process, Semi-automated, and Full Governance, respectively) of a System of Work solution for clients.
• Provide SME input on Microsoft Compliance, particularly Sensitivity Labels, appropriate label structuring, and work with internal teams to smoothen user adoption; in addition to developing a workflow for SharePoint Communication Site creation.
