Job Title: Murex Accounting Developer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Murex Accounting Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Murex accounting configuration setup and trade life cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze breaks in Binary upgrade program
• Participate in changes and projects for the bank
• Engage with end-users to capture and document requirements
• Design and configure rules, filters, and formulas for Accounting Rules
• Support day-to-day accounting related issues for product controllers
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of relevant experience as Murex Accounting Developer
• Knowledge of Trade live cycle and events and how they are handled in Murex for FX Cash and Derivatives, Money Market, Commodity, Fixed income and IRD Products
• Experience in setting up Accounting rules, accounts, filters, and formulas
• Experience in troubleshooting in Murex Trade Accounting, position accounting and flow accounting modules
• Experience in Accounting configuration setup and Murex EOD
• Experience in Liquidation module of Murex Accounting
• Good understanding of the concept of Journal posting and balances generation in Murex
• Good understanding of Murex Functionality, Trade booking market operation, Trade event processing, Settlement, fixing, Netting, One Stop Processing
