Overall 4- 6 years of relevant experience in IT / Telecom Domain
• Tier 2 Support
• Proactive fault management
• Responsible for ensuring the daily operation, reliability, and integrity of the VoIP communications network. This includes the maintenance and management of VoIP equipment such as servers, SBCs, PBXs etc.
• Root Cause Analysis
• Identification of patterns and continuous improvement to optimize the resilience and reliability of services.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve current processes and solutions.
• Work together with different suppliers to resolve incidents, changes and / or updates on different platforms.
