Growth, Engagement and Marketing- Communications Centre
The Communications Centre is an exciting department at ECU with multiple teams servicing both current and future student enquiries as well as being a key contributor to the optimisation of various processes impacting the student experience. We are a passionate team and pride ourselves on providing exceptional experience in all communications.
About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for executing bulk communications requests through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Knowledge and Community Cloud, as well as optimising customer experience through projects and facilitating the Centre’s continuous improvement framework.
What you'll do:
Monitor and respond to enquiries relating to bulk communications
Build audience segments and create data extensions) according to the needs of Schools and Service Centres
Use templated HTML content blocks to build appropriate bulk communication emails
Carry out data quality checks on recipient lists to ensure accuracy of audiences
Carry out quality checks and publish Frequently Asked Questions in ECU’s Knowledge Base Application to ensure correct formatting, alignment with guidelines and Brand Style Guide.
Investigate data, coding and system issues in liaison with internal support teams
Be a key contributor to the optimisation of various processes impacting the student experience through projects and our Continuous Improvement Framework
