To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline
Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for
tour packages. Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
Making and confirming bookings with ground supplier
Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news
