Profile: Operation Manager With 4+ years of experience (Operation Management, Inventory & Purchase) in import & export and E-Commerce industries.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading, directing, and managing all site operations to ensure consistently high levels of service, profitability, and compliance.
• Expertise in logistics & liaising with shipping providers and export, cargo, and vessel planning.
• Hands-on Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advance Excel, PIVOT, Macros), MM Module, Strategic Planning, Project Planning, and Team Building.
• New Catalogue Planning
• Managing Back Orders and Stock Orders
• Weekly Inventory Reports
• Weekly Inventory Dashboard for Senior Management to review and define future strategy
• Coordination with USA team on various aspects like inventory monitoring, stock order ETA'S, Shipment tracking, Payment Invoice, New Samples development etc.
• Preparing budgets and inventories.
• Overseeing the supervision of employees.
• Managing all aspects of business operations.
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Commerce, Logistics/ accounting, or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years experience
• Excellent command on MS Excel and MS Word.
• Outstanding organizational skills and Quantitative ability.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems and possess the ability to adapt to changes
