Key requirements for success in this role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Arts, Mass Media or any other discipline
• 2+ years of experience of relevant work
• Knowledge of OTT platforms
• Experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Self-starter- ability to enterprise ideas and work well independently, with little supervision
• Self-motivated, results driven, and prefers to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven prioritization, time management, and project management skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong ability to build lasting relationships across cultures and business units
Key responsibilities
• Identify video and audio content for OTT platforms
• Create standard and customized video content packs for OTT platforms
• Curate and package audio content as per requirements of the audio platform
• Develop content upload schedule
• Optimize video content through keywords such as title, tags and descriptions
• Brief and coordinate with internal team to create videos and design as per OTT platform requirements
• Upload video assets: videos, thumbnails, closed caption on different OTT platforms as per the platform requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to cross promote content on YouTube and social media platforms
• Prepare reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis on performance of OTT platforms

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
