Job Responsibility:
• Order management of export orders and B2C platforms
• Taking care of daily dispatch orders of B2C platforms
• Ensuring smooth documentation related to bank, customs, liaison etc.
• Assisting and coordinating with sales team
• Assisting and managing inventory control
• Processing company receipts, invoices and bills.
• Assisting and supporting management
• Supervising work done by office boy and other subordinates
• Vendor communications and regular order placement to suppliers
• Label creation and dispatch through DHL and FedEx platforms
• Perform basic admin duties including printing, sending mails, ordering office supplies
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Job Type: Full-time
Qualification: Any Graduate in business administration or similar field
Required Skills:
• Previous work experience as an office executive
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software or Google spreadsheet
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High level of clarity in verbal communication in Gujarati or Hindi or English.
