2-3 years experience in Operations role
Well versed with MIS, Advance Excel, Dashboard presentations
Job Descriptions:
Update New Registration & Send to BO for document checking & NISM profile creation
Checking Daily basic Discrepant, Activation, Approval & Enrolment Calling file
NISM MIS giving online registrations, enrollment, exam status
Checking Migration and issue in report extraction
Status Updating and adhoc reports
Co-ordination with Candidate and part of many Whatsapp groups
Update Enrolment Report
Client support mails response TAT - 24 hours
IT co-ordination
Skills required :
Advance Excel
MIS & Dashboard publishing
Client Management
Good written & verbal communication skills
