Job Title: Head of Operations - Luxury Villa Brand
Location: Mumbai, India
Company Overview: Souzagad is a prestigious luxury villa brand renowned for delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences. As we continue to expand our portfolio of luxury villas, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to oversee all aspects of operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Hospitality Management:Oversee and enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring a seamless and personalized service. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Food & Beverage Management:Collaborate with culinary and service teams to curate exceptional dining experiences for guests. Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
• Housekeeping and Cleanliness:Establish and enforce rigorous cleanliness standards throughout the villas. Coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning services.
• Maintenance:Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to uphold the pristine condition of villas. Oversee repairs and renovations to ensure minimal downtime and optimal guest satisfaction.
• Staff Training and Development:Lead the training and development initiatives for all operational staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence among the team.
• Budget Management:Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for all operational areas. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
• Vendor Management:Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality products and services. Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Optional)
• Proven experience in hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
• Familiarity with industry trends and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
