Senior Operations Executive| Supply Chain Execution

We're making history and the good news is we've only just begun Amazon GSF Supply Chain team is looking for a talented, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate for support IBSC and short term capacity planning team. Candidate must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and should be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Ideal candidate must exhibit strong analytical skills and have proficiency in following tools: SQL, Advanced Excel, Macros. This job requires the candidate to constantly hit the ground running and ability to learn quickly. Candidate need to visit field operations frequently for evaluation and ground level implementations. Key job responsibilities 1. Accumulate data from different sources, conduct analysis, recommend solutions, build action plan and drive execution. 2. End to end handle Day to day analysis and reporting of critical metrics and KPIs 3. Highlight key areas or sites where we see gaps as per plan and requires actions 4. Implemented SOPs and formulated action at each site 5. Keep project and action trackers for MBRs, WBRs, DDs and Programs 6. Travel to site to implement key initiatives Basic Qualifications : 1. 3- 5 years of work experience in operations and 2. Strong MS office knowledge 3. Willingness to travel 20% of time to various FCs 4. Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal 5. Exposure to ERP, operations dashboard and tools 6. Previous experience in FMCG, warehousing, online retail etc. Preferred Qualifications : 1. Ability to query databases and web sources using VBA 2. Collect and manipulate data with SQL (MySQL, Redshift
