Senior Operations Manager (70K-1L) in office role in Lower Parel, Mumbai and visiting the cloud kitchens
Nino Foods creates and operates premium cloud kitchen brands in India. We’ve raised $1.6M
from Y Combinator and other seasoned investors, to scale our food experiences across the
country. We’re looking for a senior operations manager who can scale our brands across the country at
a rapid pace. Key responsibility will be best in class customer experience at all Mumbai locations, P/L accountability , SOP implementation, roster planning and hiring folks at various levels as we scale. Our brands are Francesco's Pizzeria, Nino Burgers.

Job Description
1. Maintaining 4.2+ Food Rating, <1% Customer complaints, <14 min Kitchen Prep Time and all other key metrics to drive sales on swiggy and zomato
2. Launching new locations effectively
3. Creating and driving strong training programs for all levels to have best customer experience
4. Managing P/L at multiple levels , specially - labor cost, food cost, and utilities spends
5. Testing and scaling new initiatives (Catering, D2C channel etc)
6. Firefighting all ops challenges and ensuring all outlets operating smoothly
Job Requirements
1. Robust F&B ops experience 4+ years in a similar role & cloud kitchen experience
2. Experience in building a team and running operations
3. Deep Understanding of Food Delivery business and points of leverage
4. Understanding of customer experience for premium brands
5. Effective at Budget allocations and quarterly target setting
6. Strong at communication and leadership skills
7. Ability to build processes from scratch which can scale
8. High EQ, Young and Energetic with a founder mentality
