Responsibilities
• Lead Product Development: Utilize hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM's Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH) modules to manage product lifecycle processes.
• Gather & Analyze Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Design & Configure: Apply functional and technical knowledge to design and implement ERP solutions for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Data Management: Conduct data migration activities, including extraction, profiling, transformation, and loading of data.
• Custom Reporting: Design and develop custom reports to support business needs and project requirements.
• Testing & Support: Oversee testing activities, manage production cutover, validate go-live processes, and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Interface with project teams and third-party partners to ensure projects meet budget, timing, and quality standards.
Requirements
• Experience: 10-12 years in IT with 6-8 years in supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Skills: Proven record of successful cross-functional initiatives with strong design, configuration, data migration, and custom reporting skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile PLM and Data Relationship Management (DRM) is a plus. Experience in high-tech industries with contract manufacturing preferred.
