Role Overview
As a Senior People and Culture Advisor, you will align our People & Culture (P&C) strategies with business objectives. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers to provide expertise and support in the following areas:
Case Management: Efficiently manage Employee Relations (ER) cases.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
Learning and Development: Support employee skill enhancement and career progression.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
Capability & Leadership Development: Connect employees with relevant professional development opportunities.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Employee Value Proposition (EVP) & Benefits: Enhance our attractiveness as an employer.
Reward & Recognition (R&R) Program: Facilitate participation in the “Cheers for Peers” recognition program.
Remuneration & Performance Reviews: Oversee performance evaluations and compensation processes.
Employee Surveys: Communicate feedback to stakeholders and support implementation of improvements.
Specialist Teams: Partner with teams to execute P&C initiatives improving organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
