Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain, review and update (as required) the company's HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Provide expert guidance around employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, health and safety regulations, and data protection laws
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
Develop and implement employee training and development programs
Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Provide guidance and support to managers and Team Leaders as required
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a senior HR or People and Culture role - preferably in a similar industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision.
