Your role and impact:

As the Senior People and Diversity Business Partner, you will lead and develop our HR Business Partner to enhance their strategic impact and add significant value to the organisation through expert consultancy and advisory services. You will build and nurture strong relationships across the business, promoting a positive HR style while delivering a tailored human resources framework aligned with our strategic goals. Your role involves establishing a comprehensive People reporting framework, ensuring timely and accurate metrics to inform decision-making. You will drive effective business partnering by creating a team of trusted advisors who provide strategic and operational guidance. In addition, you will oversee performance management systems, offer strategic advice on employee relations and dispute resolution, assist with Enterprise Agreement negotiations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures. Your expertise will also be crucial in conducting complex investigations, ensuring compliance with legislation and fairness in all HR practices.


What you need to make a difference:

In this role, you will consistently embody and model our core values. You will be solution-oriented with a conscientious and responsible approach to your work. Essential qualifications include tertiary education in Human Resources or equivalent industry experience in a similar senior HR advisor or business partner role, along with a proven ability to implement strategic initiatives.

Experience in advising and coaching business leaders on effective people practices is crucial, as is knowledge of general employment law and HR best practices. You should possess strong analytical, interpretive, problem-solving, and dispute resolution skills.
