This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Pharmacy Manager. The primary responsibility of the Senior Pharmacy Manager will be to oversee pharmacy operations, including managing staff, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Daily tasks include:
• Verifying and filling prescriptions
• Overseeing pharmacy technicians
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
• Evaluating and implementing new procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including medication management and patient education
• Proficient in pharmacy operations, including inventory management and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Valid pharmacy license in the state of Tamil Nadu
