In this role, the Senior PM tool and Contract Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing reporting initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement across all project areas. They will work closely with key stakeholders to monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and drive improvements in processes and outcomes.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in data analysis, reporting methodologies, and quality management best practices, with the ability to evaluate complex project performance and implement proactive solutions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential to effectively support the Project Management (PM) Manager in driving informed decision-making and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities


Lead the development and implementation of reporting initiatives and quality management frameworks across all project areas.
Prepare deliverables to be released in each milestone, assessing its maturity level in alignment with the corresponding stakeholders within PowerCo CA as well as with the PowerCo SE headquarters.
Monitor and assess project performance, data accuracy, and quality standards to identify issues and drive continuous improvements.
Oversee the establishment and maintenance of a structured reporting database, ensuring key metrics, quality insights, and compliance are effectively documented and applied.
Prepare, track, all data required with regards to compliance
Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance and control processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet established standards.
Monitor project workflows and deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards, conducting regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and prevent defects.
Lead the development of documentation protocols for tracking performance, quality measures, and reporting effectiveness, integrating findings into future projects.
Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to implement best practices in reporting and quality management to strengthen decision-making and process efficiency.
Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of quality and reporting issues, ensuring proactive solutions are in place.
Monitor project performance, quality compliance, and reporting accuracy, taking corrective actions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Lead the evaluation of reporting accuracy and quality standards, implementing enhancements for continuous improvement.
Oversee the development of standardized templates, tools, and frameworks for reporting and quality management to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Monitor the preparation and delivery of regular reports, highlighting key metrics, quality performance, challenges, and compliance status.
Provide regular updates to the PM Manager, Project Lead, and/or CEO, COO, ensuring clear communication on reporting milestones, quality performance, and ongoing improvements.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and quality excellence by promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
Assure that different stakeholders make a join effort to accomplish common goals, reporting misalignments that might arise.
Perform additional leadership responsibilities as required, contributing to the overall success and strategic growth of the Project Management team and organization.


What you bring to the Team


Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related fields.
7+ years of professional experience managing projects in complex, interdisciplinary environments with a focus on reporting and quality management.
In-depth knowledge of quality management principles and reporting frameworks.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to quality assurance and project reporting, particularly in industries like construction, automotive, or e-mobility.
Proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve quality issues across projects, ensuring that deliverables meet established standards.
Expertise in reporting systems and data analytics, including the development of reports, dashboards, and KPIs for monitoring quality and performance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Think Cell for the creation of high-quality reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate quality and performance metrics effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and departments, ensuring clear reporting and understanding of quality issues.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving in reporting and quality assurance.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in reporting and project management software, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and a structured, results-oriented work style.
Adaptability to intercultural settings, with strong empathy and interpersonal understanding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to clearly report on quality and performance metrics.
Occasional travel within Ontario and internationally (~10%).
Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences with Europe when necessary.
Willingness to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines.
Experience in automotive, e-mobility, or construction industries with a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities in reporting and quality management.
German language skills are considered an asset.
