The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Product Designer where you will play a critical role in the evolution of the TRAILD Product across Accounts Payable and Payments.
You will work closely with our product teams to deliver customer focused, practical and elegant solutions that have oversized day to day impacts on our customers .The ideal candidate will have worked in a fast paced environment designing products to support complex business domains, any experience of financial services or accounting / ERP platforms would be a benefit.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the Accounts Payable and Payments domain using frameworks such as JTBD to understand customer problems and opportunities
Design end to end experiences with the ability to focus on the detail one moment and step back to consider the overall proposition the next
Work with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to understand to design and deliver products that create impact with our customers
Evolve our design system to create consistency across our products and reduce time to market
Who You Are: (include required qualifications, experience, education)
5+ years of experience as a UX/Product designer
Experience working in a fast-paced tech start-up environment.
Strong product acumen & first principles thinking.
Track record of delivering impact
Financial industry experience is a plus, to be successful you will likely have worked in complex business domains
Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
Preferred location in Melbourne, but open to elsewhere in Australia
