Senior Product Manager (IT Software Product Experience only)
Experience: Relevant experience of 10+ years in a similar role
Location: Pune/Mumbai - MH or Bengaluru, Karnataka
CIEL's client is a global company having its products in CYBERSECURITY, BUSINESS CONTINUITY, Backup & Disaster Recovery, FINANCE, BUSINESS OPERATIONS, CRM, HR, IT MANAGEMENT, AND MORE!
Our client is expanding its Ecosystem and is seeking a Product Manager who can help get us there. We want to provide a next-generation set of tools that help our solution partners sell and manage their products and integrations. This includes selling to and selling through products. Transactions, Billing, Marketing, and Support are all areas we focus on.
Candidates from Banking, E-commerce and Billing products will be preferred.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Work with customers, sales, engineering teams, and senior leadership to drive and define our Marketplace and Ecosystem product roadmaps and drive clear and innovative requirements that deliver business growth.
• Mentor and coach the team of product managers to scale and expand our platform to support the ConnectWise self-service ecosystem vision.
• Responsible for the definition of requirements and roadmap of ecosystem use-cases delivered by our platform by combining customer feedback, market/competitive research, and internal stakeholder input.
• Take responsibility for the delivery of timely and high-quality product releases that solve our MSP (Managed Service Provider) partner’s problems and connect them to the right vendors and distributors.
Knowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities Required
• Candidate has previously been involved in e-commerce, billing, and content development efforts
• Familiar with PCI and SOC2 compliance.
• Problem solving and organizational abilities to prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong, independent team player with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the organization
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Familiar with Inspired and Empowered
