Senior Production Coordinator – CGI & Visual Effects
We’re looking for an energetic Sr. Production Coordinator to join our team in Pune. You’ll be tracking production of CGI-related marketing assets for some of the world’s most innovative global consumer electronics and automotive brands. You’ll be participating in the project journey across all stages of the production process - planning development, assigning resources, and tracking progress across internal departments to successful completion.
Essential :
-Ability to draft efficient schedules with project milestones and convert them to reality.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills. -You’ll be working closely with our colleagues in our London office on a daily basis.
-A solid understanding of the processes and tools involved in 3D modelling, animation, rendering, and compositing. You’ll need this to plan projects efficiently and track / manage best practices.
-Skill of mitigating delays with dynamic resource allocation and forecast.
-A collaborative approach, willing to proactively engage with internal experts for advice to improve projects.
-Ability to daily track projects with artists to ensure deliverables are scheduled to complete on given deadlines.
-A positive attitude, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Desired skills and experience:
-Minimum 3 years of experience as Production coordinator in video production or post production.
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Prior experience with ftrack, Shotgun, or similar project tracking tools.
