Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager (Apparel - Wovens) to join our team at Jimmy Mode International, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing stitching lines to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. • Managing manpower to meet daily production targets and ensure 100% capacity utilization. • Optimizing Work-In-Progress (WIP) on the floor to enhance productivity. • Minimizing operations by implementing specialized machinery, folders, and attachments. Candidate Profile: Experience: Over 12 years of hands-on experience in Garment Production, primarily in Wovens. Qualifications/Skills • Comprehensive knowledge of Garment Production systems, including effective Line Setting, Production Planning, and Coordination. • Previous experience working as an Industrial Engineering Manager. • In-depth understanding of Industrial Engineering tools, including creating Operation Bulletins, Production Layouts, Standard Allowed Minute (SAM) calculations, and Cost per Minute calculations
