• Define the scope, goals, and deliverables for programs alongside key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Create detailed program plans, schedules, and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate activities across projects to foster collaboration among diverse project teams.
• Identify, assess, and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, applying mitigation strategies as needed to keep projects on track.
• Act as the main point of contact for program status, sharing progress updates and addressing potential roadblocks with stakeholders and executives.
• Lead program reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing data to enhance program outcomes.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal utilization of resources across programs.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor project managers and junior team members for their professional development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field; advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management specifically in a hyper-scale data center setting.
• Strong familiarity with various project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Demonstrable experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary programs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Possession of PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certifications is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve results in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $79,100 to $158,200 per annum, which may include eligibility for bonuses and stock options.
