We’re looking for a seasoned and self-driven Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team at Fab Interiors. This leadership role focuses on overseeing the transition from finalized design drawings to on-site execution. You’ll work closely with contractors, vendors, and clients to bring high-end residential and interior design projects to life.
🔶 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the on-site execution of projects post-design finalization.
• Coordinate efficiently with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the internal design team.
• Oversee and finalize elements related to lighting, home automation, and other technical services.
• Review technical drawings for design adherence and timeline management.
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain clear, confident communication with clients, managing their expectations and feedback.
🔷 Skills Required:
• Proven experience in site coordination, detailing, and MEP integration.
• Background in luxury residential or hospitality interiors (preferred).
• Expertise in managing lighting, automation, millwork, Furniture etc
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve site-related challenges proactively.
• Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach.
🎓 Qualifications:
• B.Arch. degree Or Engineering degree
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction field with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
