Senior Project Architect Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Project Architect to lead our team in delivering high-end residential and interior design projects from finalized design drawings to on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the on-site execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the internal design team to achieve project goals.
• Manage technical services including lighting, home automation, and other related elements.
• Review technical drawings for accuracy and timeline management, making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards throughout the project.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, managing their expectations and feedback throughout the process.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in site coordination, detailing, and MEP integration.
• Background in luxury residential or hospitality interiors (preferably).
• Expertise in managing complex systems, including lighting, automation, millwork, and furniture.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to resolve site-related challenges proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
• B.Arch. degree or Engineering degree.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction field, with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
