Job Description
The key responsibilities of this position will involve design development, contract documentation, authority submissions and pre-consultations, contract administration, site meetings and project meetings. You will need to generate innovative design solutions for existing and new facilities.
You will come with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience working with developers on local projects. You will need to be familiar with local projects implementation and building codes, SIA and Public Sector form of contracts. You will posses excellent communication skills and have strong presentation and management skills and you will have demonstrated leadership abilities.
It is essential that you will have experience as a ‘hands on’ architect from Singapore and looking for long term employment.
