Job Description
This individual should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage people and teams. They must be well-versed in creating detailed plans of action, evaluating risks, and overseeing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimate quantities and costs, and prepare variation statements
• Conduct thorough rate analysis and negotiate rates with vendors
• Manage sub-vendor/contractor billing and commercials, ensuring timely payments and compliance with OHSE regulations
• Oversee project budgets, reconcile material issues, and coordinate with clients for bill certification
• Validate QS-related documents and certify vendors' bills, obtaining approval for extra items and submitting monthly RA bills and CTC reports
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
• Preferred qualifications from NICMAR, RICS, or similar institutes
• Demonstrated ability to deliver completed projects on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Essential Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with billing management analytics and data visualization tools
• Good client coordination and negotiation skills
