A Snapshot of Your Day

Lead multiple large-scale wind turbine supplement projects, focusing on managing complex quality, contractual, and financial aspects within timeline. The Senior Project Manager will utilize a blend of critical thinking, strategic planning, and soft skills to ensure project success, manage risks, optimize resources, and foster stakeholder relationship, taking the full Profit and Loss responsibility of the project and report to the Head of PM hub KOR.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lives full P&L responsibility for the project and financial results according to defined targets
Stands for the overall responsibility on projects and to deliver better results;
Proactively manage risks, issues, and opportunities across the project lifecycle by using advanced tools, engaging partners for timely resolution, and bringing up critical risks early to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Lead project planning, control, and closure by ensuring alignment with milestones, enforcing quality standards, and driving timely corrective actions, while managing partner engagement and final handover for successful delivery.
Drive contract, change, and claim management by negotiating effectively with partners, mitigating risks through strategic collaboration, and ensuring compliance through timely communication and legal coordination.
Provide strategic leadership by setting clear objectives, fostering collaboration, and cultivating a high-performance culture across APAC PM. Promote open communication, professional development, and timely address of critical issues through emotional intelligence and critical thinking. Lead by example to inspire accountability and alignment with organizational goals.
Engage proactively with customers to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Find opportunities for future business growth through consistent communication and customer-centric delivery.
Oversee project budgets to ensure profitability and long-term success, optimizing cash flow and asset utilization. Collaborate with Finance for accurate reporting and budget control, applying analytical insights to support informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Business Conduct Guidelines, including tax regulations and EHS standards, to uphold organizational integrity and ethical operations.
What You Bring

7+ years of project management experience in wind energy, construction, or similar industries, preferably OEM side.
Proven expertise in risk management, negotiation, quality control, and financial oversight.
Excellent time management skills in order to manage complexed multiple projects with team.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office/SharePoint
Excellent communication skills in English is essential, both verbally and written.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP,IPMA) and knowledge of wind industry standards preferred.
Able to travel at least 50% of the time to the project countries or site.
Degree or Master Qualification in relevant field.
Fast learner, able to identify learning objective and plan efficiently and effectively
Culture awareness for Asia Pacific especially Australia and New Zealand
