Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager in Project Execution to oversee daily operations of our ongoing projects. This role involves implementing effective processes, ensuring project success, and contributing to the growth of our interior design projects.
Responsibilities
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Monitor site activities, BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Evaluate and enhance the project management framework.
• Establish efficient processes for procurement, contracts, and execution.
• Evaluate and empanel vendors and contractors.
• Maintain control over project status (time, cost, quality).
• Manage and develop project teams.
• Initiate and oversee new projects.
• Ensure funds mobilization and manage working capital budgets.
• Collaborate with the finance team to align work progress with rollout plans.
• Manage final billing, vendor settlements, and project deficiency lists.
Qualifications
• Graduation in Engineering or Architecture; Project Management/Construction Management certification preferred.
• Project Management Professional with a minimum of 10 years experience in the interior design industry. Fit-out projects (corporate interior fit-outs) in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Assertive, alert, instinctive, with a keen ability to identify risks.
• Proficiency in basic software tools such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
