Qualifications
B.S. in Civil, Environmental of Mining Engineering;
Minimum 7+ years of experience in managing infrastructure design, civil engineering, permitting and / or environmental compliance activities for mining companies in the southwestern US;
Working knowledge of state and federal environmental laws and regulations as they relate to aggregate and hardrock mining;
Experience working with regulatory agency personnel in the southwestern US;
Ability to prepare manage and review permit applications and engineering plan submittals; and
Demonstrated success in the development and execution of mining / quarry business development strategies including creation of market / client intelligence, win themes, visitation schedules, client relationship management, and revenue generation
