3 - 5 years of experience with month-end close, multi-software use, and accounts payable, and receivable in GL
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Inter-departmental communication and relationship skills
Yardi and CAM experience is a huge plus
Strong Excel skills
ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Salary/Hourly Rate
$70k - $80k Annually.
Position Overview
The Senior Property Accountant must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Responsibilities Of The Senior Property Accountant
