GHJ Search & Staffing has partnered with a commercial real estate investment firm in West LA who is rapidly growing and looking to add a Senior Property Accountant to their team.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting, the Sr. Property Accountant will assist in various treasury management functions, lender reporting, lender draws and tax filings, funding requests, will work closely with property management accountants on financial reporting, financial statements, general ledger, assist with audits, and supervise and manage a property accountant.
Desired Skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate accounting experience
• Advance Excel skills
• Experience with Yardi is plus
• Supervisory experience
• Someone who is highly motivated and detail oriented
