Job Description
Creating test plan, Test cases, organizing, and motivating QA team. Achieve a high level of quality. Can work as a team member. A Person who can involve in Kickoff meeting to understand the project to delivery. Duties include resource planning, Test Report as well as identifying and analyzing any bugs and errors found during the test phase and documenting them for review after. Other tasks include developing and Regression testing and Security testing.
Must-Have Skills:
Blend of Automation & manual testing – Manual 70% & automation 30%.
Conceptual knowledge of Automation using Selenium. Working knowledge is nice to have.
Proven track record of value addition is done to the Product / Solutions through strong QA processes.
Someone who can be a path a setting leader through individual contribution in Testing.
Experience in non-functional testing types API testing, UI Testing) is a big plus
Experience in Linux commands/Shell scripting and SQL Queries.
Knowledge of different types of Software Architectures and how they work.
Test performance and load testing.
Assure cross-browser and cross-device uniformity of the application.
Perform unit, integration, system and acceptance testing.
Test new features in monthly cycles and document workflows.
Good to Have Skills:
Testing of eCommerce application and eCommerce web stores, with other applications that are under development.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills will be an advantage.
Experience in Agile development environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Provide the team with a vision of the delivery objectives.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) to ensure product quality.
