Job Description
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to validate system requirements, verify acceptance criteria, and identify opportunities for automation.
Provide meaningful feedback on specifications and technical design documents.
Design and implement test automation frameworks utilizing modern tools and IDEs, including VS/VS Code, Playwright, Dev Tools, GitHub Actions, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines.
Leverage AI agents, MCP servers, and prompt engineering to build intelligent testing workflows.
Create comprehensive test plans and automation strategies, maintaining regression test suites for continuous validation.
Identify, document, and track defect, delivering actionable insights to development teams.
Monitor and report quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities, open defect counts, automation coverage, and failure rates.
Remain current with advancements in testing tools and AI/ML technologies.

Other Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated expertise in software quality assurance, including test automation, AI[1]assisted development, and contemporary QA methodologies.
Experienced in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Advanced proficiency in both white box and black box testing techniques.
Proficient in utilizing development IDEs (VS Pro 2026+, VS Code), leading automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium), and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, C#, F#); adept with web browser Dev Tools, API testing tools (Postman), and additionally, containerization, work management, and version control platforms (Docker, Jira, Confluence, Whimsical, GitHub).
Well-versed in AI Agents, AI-assisted testing, prompt engineering, MCP servers, and the development of intelligent test automation frameworks.
Extensive test automation experience across Web, API, and Service environments.
Strong command of SQL and scripting for MSSQL, Oracle and other databases models.
Knowledge and experience working with Azure or AWS Cloud is highly desirable.
Experience with performance, load and security testing is a plus.
Collaborative team player with substantial experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Education & Experience
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
5+ years software/test development / 7+ years QA testing experience.
ISTQB Certification a plus (CTFL, Agile Ext., Test Analyst, Test Automation Engineer).
Certification & Licenses
Professional certification may be required in some areas
