Apprenticeship Program: Travel & Tourism with ARCH Destinations India
About ARCH Destinations India:

ARCH Destinations India specializes in Corporate Travel Management and Solutions for our Enterprise Clients. CroatiaXP, SwissXP and AsiaXP are flagship brands of ARCH Destinations India that cater to the leisure and holidays requirements of our customers. These brands are associated with designing customized holidays for clients with a freestyle touring model, delivering unforgettable travel experiences worldwide.
Program Overview:
ARCH Destinations India invites enthusiastic and passionate undergraduate students from all across the country to apply for an exciting 6-month Apprenticeship Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on Switzerland Tourism.
Key Details:
• Program Duration: 6 months (starting January 2026)
• Number of Positions: 8-10 apprentices (one from each city)
• Certification: Candidates will receive certification from Switzerland Tourism Board and ARCH Destinations India.
• Performance-Based PPO (Pre-Placement Offer): Exceptional performers will be considered for a permanent job offer post-apprenticeship.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Represent CroatiaXP and SwissXP in your respective city, acting as an ambassador for Swiss travel destinations.
• Engage with customers, inform, and guide them about Switzerland Tourism, its attractions, travel products, and services.
• Educate clients on popular Swiss destinations, itinerary planning, and travel options.
• Assist in planning and promoting Switzerland-centric travel itineraries and packages.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of outbound tourism to Switzerland, Rail Europe, SBB and the various travel products and services associated with Swiss tourism.
Training & Development:
• In-depth learning modules on Switzerland’s popular tourist destinations and attractions.
• Extensive training on Switzerland Travel Products and Rail Europe offerings.
• Guest lectures from senior officials from the Switzerland Tourism Board and other industry leaders.
• Practical, customer-facing experience in guiding clients and delivering exceptional travel solutions.
• Continuous feedback and mentorship throughout the program to ensure personal and professional growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Undergraduate students (any field) from across India.
• Passionate about travel, tourism, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
