What Your Day Will Look Like
Assisting lead doctors with operational excellence
Overseeing appointments and bookings
Managing waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointment
Assisting with patient and doctor queries
Utilising appropriate item numbers for appointments
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of reception experience.
Best Practice experience preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow.
A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice.
