Job Description
The Senior Records Advisor is responsible for providing expert records management advice and services to RMU staff and employees. The role focuses on ensuring that all documents are managed in accordance with appropriate procedures for creation, storage, retrieval, archiving, and destruction.
About The Role
Identify records management issues and assist in developing solutions to ensure compliance with procedures.
Provide high-level advice to SAPOL staff at all levels and support the Manager, Records Management Unit, in supervising and allocating work to RMU staff.
Offer administrative support and assist the Manager, Records Management Unit, with relevant projects.
