Job Summary:
Looking for a Senior Recruiter in an Industrial Product Manufacturing Company based in Sakinaka, tailored for someone with 4+ years of experience and offering a salary up to ₹30,000 per month:
Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai
Industry: Industrial Product Manufacturing
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in recruitment
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments, including technical and factory-based positions
Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and other channels
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Monitor and improve hiring metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR specialization preferred)
Minimum 4 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Working Days & Hours:
Mon- Fri 10AM to 6 PM
Sat- 10am to 4Pm
