Sr Recruiter/Recruiter
• Handling End to End Recruitment for both IT and Non-IT Profiles (Single hiring and
• Bulk Hiring, as required). Carrying out recruitment throughout the selection process to
• provide services including screening and shortlisting resumes according to relevant
• job criteria, using internal databases, job portals (Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn), job
• postings, referrals, and networking.
• Contact potential applicants to inform them about opportunities in the organization
• and screen applicants to obtain information on work history, job skills, education and
• background.
• Liaison with the ops managers and candidates for scheduling interviews, seeking and
• providing feedback, offer negotiation, and handholding of candidates till joining.
• Handling HR activities such as preparing HR Interview, Offer Letter, Appointment
• Letter, Experience letters.
• Carrying out the Joining formalities of new joiners (Collecting Documents, Background
• Verification Process Onboarding, Assisting in opening Salary accounts, providing IT
• Assistance.)
• Planning and Conducting HR Induction programs and Training for new joiners.
• Helping employees to understand and use Zoho People.
• Handling Employee Exit processes like Exit Interviews, Preparing and sending
• Resignation Acceptance and Experience letters to employees, Employee Grievances.
• Handling Leave Management and Attendance Management process.
• Planning & Organizing Employee Engagement activities.
• Assisting in the calculation of Employees' salaries, Updating the Salary sheet,
• Coordinating with Payroll Team for the Salary Slips.
• Creating and Updating Employee's data in files and records
